Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all orders via our online shop. Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only effective if we confirm them in writing.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation by email. The purchase contract has already been concluded when the order button is clicked.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages ​​available for concluding the contract are German and English. 

The contract text is not stored by us.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, there are shipping costs. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.

Dates and delivery times in the order confirmation are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The specification of specific delivery times and delivery dates by Bonsana AG is subject to the correct and timely delivery to Bonsana AG by suppliers and manufacturers.

5. Payment
You can pay securely by credit card, Twint, Paypal or purchase on account with the installment payment option (POWERPAY).

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method “purchase on account”. With the individual invoice you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions in addition to our general terms and conditions . (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transport damage

Complaints regarding damage, delay, loss or poor packaging must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the goods.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty applies.

The information in our sales documents (drawings, illustrations, dimensions, weights and other services) are only to be understood as guidelines and do not represent any guarantee of properties unless they are expressly stated in writing as binding.

Warranty claims become statute-barred [1 year and for consumers 2 years] after delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. If the instructions for use are not followed, any warranty will be void if the defect can be attributed to this. This also applies if the defect is due to improper use, storage and handling. Insignificant deviations from the guaranteed properties of the goods do not trigger any warranty rights. Liability for normal wear and tear as well as consumables/accessories is excluded. Warranty claims against Bonsana AG are only available to the direct purchaser and cannot be assigned.

11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law is exclusively applicable to the legal relationship between you and us (excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980 (CISG)). The place of jurisdiction is Ebmatingen ZH.
